By purchasing or accessing any product from DigiCrave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Digital Delivery

All products sold by DigiCrave are digital in nature and are delivered via email. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased product at the email address provided during checkout. DigiCrave is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email entries.

3. License & Permitted Use

Purchasing a DigiCrave product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or internal business use. You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or re-license any DigiCrave product.
  • Share download links with third parties.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the content.
  • Use the product for commercial resale or as part of a competing service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials offered by DigiCrave remain the exclusive intellectual property of DigiCrave. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. DigiCrave reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Your purchase price is locked at the time of transaction.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DigiCrave provides products “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. Results from using our habit trackers depend on personal effort and consistency. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiCrave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Changes to Terms

DigiCrave reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
