Our Refund Commitment

At DigiCrave, we stand behind the quality of our digital products. We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we will give you a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The request must be sent to support@digicrave.store with your order ID and registered email.
  • We do not require you to provide a reason for the refund, though feedback is appreciated.
  • Each customer is eligible for a refund only once.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase.
  • Accounts found to be abusing the refund policy.
  • If the product has already been shared publicly or commercially redistributed.

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

  2. Include your Order ID and the email used during purchase.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 business hours.
